Day 1
Santa marta – Poza Encantada
Our adventure begins at the Boutique Hotel MadreSierra or your accommodation in the city of Santa Marta. We will pick you up between 10:00 and 10:00 A.M., then embark on a 45-minute journey in a 4×4 vehicle along an unpaved road until we reach Poza Encantada—a magical place where you’ll be met with a natural spectacle of giant rocks, crystal-clear waters, and a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna. You’ll be immersed in a breathtaking experience that will leave you with unforgettable memories.
Additionally, you’ll enjoy a tour through local agricultural farms in the area, where you can admire large plantations of exotic fruits—and even taste them!
An alternative way to reach this destination is on muleback, which takes several hours to arrive at the site.
After a day full of captivating experiences, it’s time to return to our accommodation.

Choose a payment method to deposit 30%, or make a direct bank transfer. Contact us via WhatsApp to get our bank details, and don’t forget to send your payment receipt for confirmation.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy:
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
Advance Booking:
Reservations must be made at least one day before the tour starts. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and logistical feasibility.
Tour Check-in:
Once you arrive at the hotel, please pay the remaining balance to avoid delays or complications with the tour.
Cancellation or Modification Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will only incur administrative and banking fees.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be charged 30% of the total cost or the equivalent of the deposit paid.
No-shows without notice will not receive a refund for the deposit or full payment.
Date changes or modifications must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
Refunds will be processed within [specify number of days] business days after receiving the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees.
The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather or unexpected events that could compromise participant safety. These situations are beyond our control.
